The school black concert dress can be ordered directly through this site.

PAYMENT

The concert dress is £70.00. Payment can be by credit card or transfer direct to our bank  Sort code 12 24 82, account number 00448101. When making payment by transfer please use your surname and sales order number as reference. Please note no orders can be billed directly to the school.

DELIVERY

Delivery can be to any UK or overseas address. Please note the delivery options when completing your order. Costs of delivery are £7 for one dress.

Delivery costs to addresses outside of the UK mainland can vary, please enquiry before placing your order.

There is a further option for dresses to be delivered, free of charge, directly to the school. When checking out - Use the free delivery option and use the school address as the delivery address. PLEASE NOTE - This option can mean that the delivery time may be extended, as your dress will form part of a larger bulk order, please enquire before placing your order.

LEAD TIMES

For orders to be shipped within the UK allow 7/14 days for delivery. At peak summer times of the year ( taking into account bank holidays etc) please allow longer, up to 21 days.

ORDERING / SIZES

The dresses come in a range of normal standard sizes based on bust and length down the back as shown. In addition it is possible to order a non standard dress length.

RETURNS POLICY

Any standard garment can be returned to us for refund or exchange within 21 days from the delivery date. Such garments should be returned to us in new, unworn condition, complete with all swing tags and original packaging.

Where dresses have been ordered with a non standard (shortened) dress length these may not be returned for credit.

FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that dresses are thought to have a manufacturing fault they can be returned to our offices and they will be inspected by us. Subject to a fair wear & use policy claims will be considered for a possible replacement or repair.
