Credit Card Transactions

Our credit card transactions are carried out by First Data. Purchases made by credit card will appear on your statement with the heading Evergold Trading.

Credit cards will be charged at the time of orders being entered. For regular customers we offer normal 30 day credit terms. Payments in excess of £1000 by credit card will be  subject to a 3% handling fee.

Returns policy - plain stock

Only plain goods returned unworn in their original packing materials and packed as new with all swing tags in place can be considered for returns. Returns made after 14 days will not be refunded nor credited.

Returns charges - plain stock

Returns charges may be levied on some garments to recover the cost levied by our suppliers and manufacturers. A returns charge is normally £3 per garment ( or 10% of the unit price)

Made to order, altered/tailored & customised goods

On placement of order the order cannot be subject to cancellation. This applies to all goods supplied that are made to customers specifications and where goods have been personalised or altered  in some way.

Where goods have been made to order goods will be manufactured as close as possible to an agreed specification. Slight variations in printed colours onto fabrics may occur which we will seek to minimise. Likewise because of losses in a manufacturing process delivered order quantities may vary and likewise the split of sizes within an order, all of which will be minimised where possible, and normally will be kept to within 5% of the order volume.

Samples

Samples can be produced if requested as part of an order; samples are produced to illustrate particular aspects/properties of a product but differences between one-off samples produced and items manufactured mass produced in a final order can occur. This is particularly the case in printed fabrics where precise exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed from batch to batch.

Faulty goods - general

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, contact us to explain the issue and then return to goods to us for examination. When we receive the items, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

In considering claims for faulty goods we shall apply some allowance for fair wear & tear and if correctly sized garments have been purchased.

Retention of title

All goods remain the property of WAUGHgroup until payment in full is received.

Currencies accepted

We normally accept only UK pounds sterling.
