PLEASE NOTE - The embroidery will appear directly on the actual garment and not within a coloured panel.  For those orders which are to be charged to a departmental account code, please complete your requirements, stating which brand and wording, on the order form which can be found on the 'H' drive under 'standard forms'.  Alternatively, if the clothing is a personal purchase, please complete your requirements as needed.

PLEASE NOTE - The embroidery will appear directly on the actual garment (not within a coloured panel) on the left breast of all shirts and blouses.  Trousers will not be embroidered.
