TRADE EMBROIDERY SERVICE
GENERAL We offer an embroidery only service onto customer supplied garments. Over a ten year period we have produced garments for many leading companies and organizations, either as one-off projects or as part of ongoing contracts – RAC, Center Parcs, Robert Dyas, 20th Century Fox, Lex Auto Centers, as well as a host of other customers such as schools, universities etc etc.
QUANTITIES. A minimum quantity would be circa 30 garments; a maximum would be unlimited, with a daily potential volume of circa 500 garments per day.
DESIGNS We undertake the preparation of designs at a typical fixed cost of £15 to £25, depending on size & complexity of artwork. For text only in a common style font there is no design charge. If you already have a copy of the stitching file ( ie .DST) this can be emailed to us. An editing / set up charge may apply.
SAMPLE DESIGN Subject to your deadlines we would produce a sample design on a swatch of cloth for you to approve & would send it either by post or by scanning it and emailing it.
DESIGN SIZES We embroider any size of design. The largest we have done is 120,000 stitches on to the back of jackets.
ARTWORK Our preference would be JPEG. ( NOT PDF OR word DOC)

PRICES Our normal charge for embroidering is £1 to £2 per logo. For high volumes our normal minimum charge would be 60p per logo, all subject to quotation and based on quantities.
PACKING / REPACKING Packing / sorting charges may apply & will be quoted.
DELIVERY Delivery times are subject to agreement and normally can be say two to seven days. Delivery charges will be confirmed & based on the number of garments. For urgent work we can work to overnight / 24 hour turnrounds. Delivery can be to any addresses , under plain cover if needed.

sample of any pre-existing garments to show actual embroidery design & colours
Contact details – company address etc. Delivery address if different.
If available - existing stitching file ( by email) and production notes ie thread references.
