Delivery Times and Charges

All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock). Typical leadtimes are 5 working days for plain stock and circa 14-21 days for orders which include embroidered designs or other personalisation.

Carriage charges normally apply and for small quantity / single item orders the charges are currently -

One garment - 1st  Class recorded at a cost of £3.04

Two to six garments can be sent 1st Class recorded- £6.09

Seven to twenty garments via National carrier - £10.44

30 garments or over( large carton) normally sent by national carrier- £20 charge

For customers who have an agreed annual group scheme the charges for carriage will be as agreed in our supply contract. Charge may be agreed in bulk or applied to individual consignments.

All prices above are subject to VAT. 

For large or international shipments of garments  a cost of the carriage will be confirmed before placement of order.

Free of charge carriage may apply from time to time on special offers, brochures etc.

*All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. Please note that, where a signature is required on delivery, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
