Account and Order status

Your account contains your delivery and billing details, e-mail preferences and a record of your orders. You will need your e-mail address and password to see or edit your personal details. Please note that we do not store your credit card details online.

If you are a New Customer, you can create an account by going to the Account page.

Alternatively, if you are returning in a later session, go to the Account page, enter your e-mail address and click on 'Forgotten your password?'. Your password will then be automatically e-mailed to you (please note that, for security reasons, our Customer Service team cannot see your password, so are unable to confirm it for you).

If you can't remember your password, go to the Account page as above and it will be automatically e-mailed to you.

Payment

Our normal payment terms are by credit card. For trade customers we offer thirty day credit terms subject to receipt of references.

Artwork / Design

If you require a logo to be printed or embroidered on your clothing then we shall require a copy of the artwork. This can be sent by email or through the post. The artwork should be

Where possible colour pantone numbers should be confirmed. Likewise if it is required to match existing clothing that is embroidered or printed it is important that we see a sample of it before we manufacture your new order.
