GENERAL NOTES 1. HELP For general assistance in placing an order your contact phone is - WAUGHgroup customer services 01425 489483 or email sales@waughgroup.com 2. Each GEEK Squad employee has their own account which they can access using their email address and login code, as advised by head office. 3. ENTITLEMENTS Employees are authorised to order basic clothing garments as specified in the current entitlements. 4.ADDITIONAL PURCHASES Employees are able to order clothing over and above their entitlements as shown but will be required to pay for this themselves by means of credit card on order placment. 5. PACKING & CARRIAGE charges will be added to each order. The manpack charge will only apply to the first order for each person to cover the cost of packing and the hanging garment bag in which the garments will be supplied. 6.LARGE SIZES When sizes are required that are outside of the normal size ranges alternative garments may be supplied as needed to suit. 7. RETURNS Where garments have been supplied in the sizes requested by employees returns charges will apply. A returns request can be made through the website. Carriage of garments back to WAUGHgroup are the responsibility of the employee. Garments supplied incorrectly by WAUGHgroup will be replaced at no cost. Any returns can only be accepted back complete with all packaging and labelling. 8. REVIEW YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE
You can access the current state of your account & orders by use of the 'MY ACCOUNT' button in the upper menu bar. In addition to placing orders you can review your account history & track order progress.
